The major work item was the OTAM green paper.  It was circulated to those who were not familiar with it and an introduction to it was presented.

Comments and concerns from the last meeting were addressed.  What came out was a desire to see what other systems were available. Mike offered to put together some information on other systems which is available as http://www.cs.cmu.edu/~bigrigg/otam. Information about the SIO initiative was presented.  An overview document on CIFS (common internet file system) was passed around as an example of what is being done in the same area.

Additional questions to be addressed were presented, but little time was available for discussion.  (Chair became ill.)

The major point and action item was for the dissemination of more information.  Many people in the group didn't feel qualified to offer comments on the OTAM green paper.
